What are the delivery costs and options?

We only use Tracked Delivery our orders, Royal Mail, EVRI and other courier services. All UK orders are sent in plain packaging with tracked delivery to your door. Free delivery on order over £40.
 
For European customers, we offer tracked delivery at £5.99 postage for orders under £60. FREE  DELIVERY on all orders over £60.
 
Our system will automatically work out the postage for overseas customers when you place an order.

Is sistalk packaging discreet?

Yes!
 
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and with our discreet packaging, you can shop with confidence. With totally plain packaging, the only person getting excited by your delivery is you.
 
Only your postal info will appear on your parcel. There's absolutely no way of telling what's inside the package or who the sender is.
 
We use plain padded bubble envelope or sturdy custom-made boxes for all our orders.

When will I receive my order?

We dispatch all orders the same day when placed before 3pm Monday to Friday.
 
Parcels in the UK take 2 to 3 working days to arrive.  So please take any Public Holiday and Bank Holiday days into account when expecting your order.
 
EU delivery takes 3-5 working days to arrive. Please take any local Public Holiday days into account when expecting your order.

How Do I Track My Order?

The tracking code for your order is shown in the email we sent you when we dispatched your order.
The email is from info@sistalk.co.uk and has the subject line Your order has been dispatched.
The tracking code in the email links to the website of the postal service that will deliver your order.
Clicking this link will take you to a web page where you can track the status of your order.
